Our Story...
SkillSource is a not-for-profit, industry led organization with a mandate to increase access to trades training and employment for British Columbians.
Formerly known as the Resource Training Organization (RTO), SkillSource works directly with industry, organized labour, training providers, employment services, and government to deliver advanced entry trades training and group training programs, develop industry-specialized assessment tools and practices, and deliver a wide range of employer and apprentice support services.
